In a world of mounting complexity and uncertainty, young people are seeking more than just success—they’re seeking direction, meaning, and authenticity. Educators play a pivotal role in creating the environments where these longings can be transformed into clarity and purpose. This immersive, one-day workshop equips educators with the tools, mindsets, and research-backed strategies to help students make decisions about “what comes next” with confidence and purpose.
Drawing from research backed frameworks, this workshop blends reflective practice, applied design thinking, and transformative pedagogy. Participants will learn how to cultivate decision-making environments that foster agency, clarity, and well-being—especially in moments of transition and identity formation.
What to Expect:
This is a highly interactive day of facilitated dialogue, small-group experimentation, and experiential learning. Participants will engage in the same hands-on activities and assessments they can later adapt for their own students—offering both a personal experience of purpose exploration and practical strategies to implement.
